You pick up the thought
And follow it through
You speak your mind
But is it for you?
Your studies, your life, the world around,
The media, what’s written?
Was it heart, or words just found?
Journalism changes everything, like
Emotions really scornfully hurt,
And actions do affect.
But are you the one in alert?
You need to be inspired
By the truth inside,
Surrounding all around,
By the thoughts you provide.
Write because you freely can,
Express yourself anyway too,
It’s the confession of
Finding out the real you.
