I'm a shooting star
Swooshing through the night
Millions of eyes upon me
As I light up your sky.
I grant wishes
For people with dreams
Hopeful eyes looking back at me.
I'm as fast as a cheetah
I'm gone in a second
But I have an everlasting presence.
