The Real Side of You

You acted like you cared,
it seemed like you'd always be there.
You held me close in your arms,
You kissed my lips, and told me that I was amazing.
When you were with me you made me feel like I was the only one,
but once I was gone,
she was your everything and your number one.
Thanks,
for showing me who you really are,
both inside and out.
For showing me the real side of you.
The side others warned me about
and the side I refused to believe in
and the side you never showed 'till now...
