Broken
Why weren’t you there
When a part of me died
Did you not want to see how much I cried?
It was worse for me
You have to believe that to be true
Why else would I have tried to come to you?
I hate feelings
It causes pain
Yet I waited all day
For the pain to subside
Without you
Since you were nowhere to be found
You said you would catch me when I fell
Yet I was on a tight rope without a net
So now I’m broken
Who will fix me?
I used all my energy to come to you
Who wants something broken?
I know not me
And defiantly not you
