Taunting Me
I have all the pleasures a teen in the world can possibly have,
Yet there is something that everyone else has besides me,
I want it,
but somehow my dream always manages to slip away,
As I glance down the hallway,
There are people all around me,
all they ever do is taunt me,
Talking and laughing about,
These people have not one care at the moment,
But I do have a care,
I care that everyone has something I don’t have,
All I have are luxuries and backstabbers for friends,
The one thing I want is a true friend,
But it seems that I will never have at least one.
