What we are
Late at night
I lay awake
Not daring to close my eyes
Cause I can't bear to see your face
Cause when I dream I dream of you
I dream of what we had
Of what we've been through
Then I wake up
And pray that dream was true
Then reality sets in
And I remember it's not just me and you
Cause I'm not enough
And I never will be
But you don't care
That your slowly killing me
I'm not myself
And never again will I be
But why would you care
You can easily replace me
I'm not your number one
This everyone can see
It's hard to tell what I am
Am I your number two
Your number three?
I wouldn't have thought to ask
Cause you loved me
That I could easily see
But now I'm just another girl
That you like to toy with
That you like to tease
Cause why be with one girl
When you can fool three?
