Pain is the thing inside your heart telling you to end it
Pain is the thing inside you brain telling you to cry
Pain is the thing inside your hand telling you to cut
Pain is the rope around your neck telling you to jump

I wrote this poem when I was in a very dark place in my life. Yes, it is dark, but its real, and people do feel that way.
