The trees wish not: "for to be a cloud...";
the fool wishes to be unmade anew
when trapped inside the parting ways:
your body(the prison), and that which is you.


Alone are we, in that we are one.


The author's comments:
"Alone are we, in that we are one."
Is a summing mantra; The poem speaks of acceptance for what you are, because it is illogical to wish to be something else, when everything is one.
