Fake smile
Theres a girl who gives a s*** behind this wall.
She worries, she's scared.
The fake smiles, they fool everyone,
no one ever asks questions.
She doesn't know to be proud or terrified
of how good of a actress she is.
She laughs with her friends, she jokes, she smiles.
Underneath shes crying, shes screaming,
she wants someone to notice, to help her
no one ever does.
Her wrists are scarred, her legs are scarred,
they never ask her what happened.
do they not care? she asks herself.
She contemplates suicide everyday.
But she knows she can't do that to her family and friends.
So..she keeps waking up everyday,
keeps smiling, keeps living.
