The Glimpses in Life
Starry nights have gone astray
Bright, blue skies now ashy gray
Blossoms withered, dried, and wilted
Passion's spark nearly felted
Glimpses of hope disappears
No such thing as happy tears
Many friendships come and go
Green grass now covered in snow
Once upon a time there was a time
Good deeds morph into crime
Silence echoes the ghost of laughter
So much for happily ever after
