Dance or Die
The first sensation
Is the beat of a heart

 Steady breathing
 In and out

 A movement of the head
Arms grace their way up above it

 Torso sways
 Head turns

Slowly a line is draw skyward by the right leg
It swings out in front and drops in a bending movement

Blood pulses through fast moving veins
Beads of perspiration gather on the now arching back

 Pounding heart
 Mixes
 With the music of nature

 They beat together
 As one

Moving and living in perfect harmony
 It has come to life
 A thriving living thing

 Power in music
 Life in dance
 One with nature

 Dance or die
