I needed some time to clear my head
cause all i had on it was you
i know ive left things unsaid
but i just dont know what to do

I grabbed my keys and went to the mall
i seen some friends and started to feel better
and then i recieved a heartbreaking call
i found out you where there which made me upsetter

I found my friend and told her goodbye
and she seen i was worried and asked whats wrong
i said ill text you later and i started to cry
she grabbed my arm and tagged along.

I was wiping my eyes and walking to the door
i wasnt paying attention and went the wrong way
turned around to see your face right there in the store
i tried to hurry cause i had nothing to really say

Then my friend went into that store
and i begged her not to because of you
i stood up and didnt care no more
if you dont see me you dont if you do you do

then your friend had to announce my name
i tried to turn and face the other way
you turned around and here you came
i was happy and smiling then i seen shay.

inside i was dying and crying so bad
my heart and chest was pulsing with pain
all that love that me and you had
was now all left out in the pouring rain

im gonna go and quit writing this now
cause im almost pouring with tears
you love me and i dont know how
but maybe youll remember our love over the years
