Boots on the ground to defend the Nation
Children and women and freedom alike
Unaware of how much they’re valued
As they fight on for their families
Letting their hearts go before them
Spirits arise on Christmas Day
As many a man thinks of loved ones
Brothers of war fight to defend
So fight on for them
Your families and friends
And come home to be honored a hero
