Too Many
Too many words of hurt and hate.
Too many things based on fate.
Too many painful addictions.
Too many restrictions.
Too many deaths and gangs.
Too many people using slang.
Too many soldiers die.
Too many anguishing cries.
Too many fights and wars.
Too many long lasting sores.
Too many people excluded.
Too many groups that are secluded.
Too many suns set before we are ready.
Leaving us in the dark,
Cold and lonely,
With a starless night.
But the sun always rises
and peace is regained.
Forever we sleep
in a starry sky,
listening to the music of the world.
