Blue And Burgundy
Waves that wrap around my soul,
in the ocean, out of control.
Waves that wash me away,
waves that lead me astray.
Butterfly wings that keep me near,
I know why I am here.
When your wings open, I sit tight,
awaiting when we take flight.
Vines that wrap me close to you,
your body I fall into.
Ivy leaves that wrap around,
you lift me off the ground.
Skies of blue and burgundy,
shooting stars right next to me.
Into the sunrise we depart,
forever we, a piece of art.
