Treadmill of Life
Here’s another analogy, one I find better suited
Because you can stop on roads and the world will pause with you
If you stop walking, running, living
The world around you will cease to fly by anymore
And yet in life if you pause if you stop nothing else waits
Everything keeps going life goes n and on
And you who paused fall farther behind
Treadmills do not wait for you and life will be no different
Do not pause while the roads race by
Life does not stop under unmoving feet
And you will be swept behind and must run to catch up
Or else fall form the edge
For you cannot turn around top non existent times
Because the past is gone and you return to it
Or else fall of the edge of an unstoppable life
