The Promise
Softly smiling at me, beckoning my body over
Though I heard the warnings of deceit
I could not overcome the need he made me feel
His darkened hair, eyes red as flame
"Come~" he cooed, his hand he outstretched towards me
My hand moved to meet it, though I hadn't ordered such
Eyes met his and my will was undone
Palms touching, energy flowed into my body
Chills ran up my spine as he closed his hand around mine
Bringing my body close to his he tilted my chin up
"Don't fear me" he whispered, an unspoken promise of pain and pleasure
Run! The warnings coming back: he is not what he seems!
There was a story fading fast
A tale of a soul-stealing devil
His lips against my neck, his breath enticing my skin
"I do not fear you"
A chuckle escaped his lips
The promise...
"One moment of pain" he whispered
"And we will be together, forever"
Teeth piercing skin, hands around me tightened
A sigh of pleasure left my parted lips
His poison flowing through me, destroying what once was
The warnings faded away to a place I could no longer return
Pleasure turned to pain, reality unweaving
His hold on me unchanging, eyes full of meaning
My body screamed for more of him, he whom I could never get enough of
Take me, bruise me, hold me, tease me, break me, forsake me
Blood dripping down my neck, his tongue against my skin
A whisper "Now you are mine"
I wrapped my arms around his neck
Now knowing why they called him soul-stealer
No longer did freedom have it's hold on me
Logic could not sway my wanton heart
"Yes, Master"
