Return Santa
Trickle down on me as if the first snowfall
The flakes return my innocence, so pure, so white
Roll my wishes into snowballs
And take back the dimness that was once so bright
Fill my stocking with hopes and dreams
Hide my presents until that special night
Sew me back at my seams
And fall down my chimney with delight
Your presents once meant so much
I used to wait up for you until my eyes could not open
That joy you once brought has turned into dust
You are now nothing but a once loved token
Time has taken you away
Reality has replaced you
Life is dim today
All because growing up means bidding adieu
