Edward
He didn’t know
I don’t think
He was a shy, quiet boy
His name was Edward
Like Edward Scissorhands in a way
He didn’t speak much
He couldn’t hurt anyone
At least, not intentionally
He felt strongly about a girl
But, he didn’t know
He wanted to tell her, I think,
He could only the mumble his words
She didn’t know
He wanted to tell her by then, but he just bit his lip
One day, he watched her leave
And maybe that is how he snapped
He became something different
Something that was hurt
He locked himself away, crying I heard in his cell.
He hopes for the day someone heals his heart, he sometimes mumbles to me.
