Coffee
Brown fur,
Black eyes,
With a cute snout,
And a long, swirling tail
My pet wolf,
Who’d always protect me
Faithful, Loyal,
And strong
Finding him,
Lost and alone
I took him in
The only time I’ve seen him smile
Once, he got into our pantry
Finding our stash of coffee
He licked it greedily
And later I forced him out.
He protested and I could tell from that moment
He fell in love with Coffee.
Noticing this infatuation
He obtained his new name “Coffee”
