I Am A Cloud
I am a cloud
I am light, free from worldly concerns
I know not the meaning of friends
I know only brothers and sisters
I have no parents, only my siblings, we were alone from the start
We go where our Lord, the wind, takes us
I bring conflict on those who deserve it
Battering them with rain and lightning
Others, I soothe with gentle showers
Washing away their sorrows and bringing new life
I am the symbol of freedom
Flying high above those weighed down by the land
Many envy me
Even the birds, who will always have to land, are jealous of my ending flight
I hail the coming dawn, spreading mist across the earth
I salute the approaching sunset, allowing it to paint me with its radiance
I warn of angry brothers and sisters, turning gray with concern
I am a cloud
Light, free, unheeded by sorrow and worries
I am a cloud
In my dreams
