I Don't Want Time
I'm out of time.
My clock is ticking,
and there is no one to stop that abomination of a noise.
I don't want to feel the pain of time moving on.
I don't want to see the people I love die.
I don't want to cry.
I don't want to feel sick.
I want all of my days to feel like this.
I want time to freeze.
I never want time to look back at me.
I want it to leave me behind.
I don't want there to be a time.
I want there to be nothing but signs.
Signs of nothing,
but it just sounded right.
Time for me,
is like a tree.
It takes forever to start,
but when it does it's fun,
and then it gets cut down,
and starts another clock on someone.
