I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life
I decided to trust someone knowing it wasnt right
Its all nothing new to me
Its never too hard to see
Everyone is faced with reality
Why complain though
I have family so.....
Real friends are suppose to be here
They arent suppose to leave you there
Whose gonna stand by your side
Who can you really confide in
I dont need to go back down this road
Maybe someday I will find that piece of me
With or without the people that lied to me
I will find a reason to be
Someone maybe one person wants to see
As I see the stars out my window
I think about the people who would want me to be all that I can be
Then I smile
Because I cant help but think maybe it will get better in a while
