Synchronization
Two people,
Backs pressed together
In a single silence.
Breathing in harmony,
In and out,
In and out;
Synchronized perfectly
Like a team of Draft horses
That had been trained their whole life
To watch and become one with the other.
Left foot, right foot,
Left foot, right foot;
Melded into the perfect match,
Given the perfect partner.
True beauty seen in the way only two people,
Two living beings,
Can only understand.
Even though they’re focused on their own little world,
They never stop being aware of the other,
never stop appreciating every rise and fall of the other’s chest.
