You Again
Your presence is like radiation.
At first it isn't so bad.
But, it has that long term affect.
The more that you're exposed,
the more you hurt.
The lies you tell burn like a scalding fire.
They scorch my heart and soul;
Leave it cold, and hard
Your accusations are worse than mosquitoes.
No matter what you do,
they find me defenseless and unprotected.
Your ego is a balloon.
It gets bigger,
and bigger,
and bigger still.
Till someone is able to come along.
Someone who's able to pop it.
And I make this promise to you,
Someone will pop the balloon.
