Real Superhero
He's holding everyone else together but falling a part inside.
No one knows of all the dark secrets he's been forced to hide.
He's surrounded in dim light in his house all alone.
Tears of fear stream down his face; for his mind is not his own.
What if you saw, down the street, there was a man standing in the mist,
But when you ask about him, you find out he doesn't exist?
To the public eye, he's superman! Yet inside he's getting worse.
What could he have done to deserve such a curse?
He's strong on the surface, not all the way through.
But how can you judge him unless it happens to you?
