afraid of living
I'm not afraid of the crying
or the pain, but the thought of remembering, makes me even my soul grow cold

The fear of leaving my numb denial
has kept me here, in this shell, for all these months that have quickly faded into years

 what people did
 the things they said
were to cruel for the memory or thoughts of any form innocence

So why leave the safety of my mind?
 Here I am safe.
 Here I am comfortable
Here I will never have to love
