When panic strikes
You're heart pounds against your
chest, you're losing control
Your breathing gets shorter, you fear that it will
leave your body
Your eyes blur with tears
You hope they don't see your fear
You don't understand what's happening
You're afraid you won't survive
Finally the feeling passes
You try to act like nothing happened
You wonder when the panic will return
