The Lonely Writer

I'm just a lonely writer.
One who sits at a computer, typing at no end.
I'm just an empty mind.
Stumbling over words, one unknown definition after another.
I'm just an untouched heart.
One who can't create stories of passion and love.
I'm just a cramped finger.
One who curses in the dark because I've somehow managed to create a strong bond with the backspace key.
I'm just a lonely writer.
One who sits here and waits. Waits for inspiration to strike.
