Soft Ivory
Her black lace
 swaying just above the ground
 with each step
 without a sound

 the soft grass
 under her feet
 as she escapes
 so they can meet

 he's waiting there
 under that willow tree
 closing his eyes
 quietly dreaming

 moonlight draws their shadows
as he holds her in his arms
 she leans back
 to lie among the stars

 the wind blowing
 dulls the sound
 the soft scream
 whispered by her mouth

 she pulls him closer
 among the flowerbeds
 exploring his body
 as he kisses her neck

 they lie there
 the moments pass
 he falls asleep
 to the beating of her
 footprints in the grass

 she stayed in the shadows
 so the moon wouldn't see
 the glow of her skin
 like soft ivory
