No Longer My Other Half
I know friends come and go,
but I thought you would stay.
You are the Patrick to my Spongebob,
and that connection has gone away.
I miss how we used to be.
Laughing, giggling,
mostly carefree.
You were my bestie,
sisters for life.
Suddenly things got messy,
all your kindness went down the drain,
forever lost to me,
nothing will be the same.
I miss your contagious smile,
your random life lessons.
I have something to say,
its not an easy confession.
In the beginning,
I felt at ease,
all you wanted was to be pleased.
I had joy in being your friend,
I never thought you wanted it to end.
You snapped my heart in two,
and now I seek revenge.
But first something must be done,
something must come unhinged.
I want my happiness back,
I am determined to make you crack.
