Raindrops
The sky is dark and scary,
the air grows cold
and everything is still.
The harsh wind starts blowing,
leaves blow gracefully off of trees
And the leaves rustle in the wind.
The puffy dark clouds open up,
and let the cool raindrops fall,
and they drop soothingly to the earth.
Everything is wet and slick,
rain is running off of everything,
and bright lighting fills the sky.
Thunder loudly booms,
everything shakes,
and the electricity goes out.
The lightening slows down,
the loud booms quiet down,
and the rain slows to a sprinkle.
The sun comes out
and the electricity comes on,
and everyone cheers.
The air is warm and
everyone smiles as they
see the bright colorful rainbow in the sky.
