A slow roar,
Like a stampede,
Moving closer and closer,
A never ending crescendo,
It engulfs you,
Lifting you into the heavens,
Your heart fills with pride,
Then it ends.

You are thrown back to earth,
But now you’ve had a taste,
And you are hooked,
Because it’s a drug,
You will fight for it,
And give anything up for,
Just one more hit.
