Questions
Why is it, I can't remember
the words that felt so right
Why is it, all I see is darkness
even though there is light
Why is it, I'm not brave enough
to tell them how I feel
Why is it, we don't know how long it takes
for wounds to fully heal
Why is it, no one tells me
exactly what to do
Why is it, it's hard to tell
what is false and what is true?
These questions remain unanswered
forevermore.
