Down
to the bottom of my heart
A jumbled mess
Of my favorite things
Wealth
I've gained and lost
Love
I've found and torn from me
Some are spaces
Others are filled in
Cold or hot
Mellow
But I've lost the fire
Snuffed out
By my favorite things
Gone to waste
I'm turned in a room
With walls and no door
Connected
and yet away from it all
The sad memories
of all my favorite things
