Without make-up smeared
Across my face
Lost all faith

Be who I am tonight
World keeps on spinning
Gone
Gone my face is gone
Name my name is fading
Today I'm Kara
Tomorrow Barbara
World goes on
Another lost teen
Doesn't seem to be
Any one's top pirouette
