Favorite Quote:
Life is like a candle, enjoy it before it melts.

The night sky is intensely dark,
covered with layers of rain clouds,
overlapping each other,
forming strange shapes in the sky.

As I walked past the downtown streets,
my bare hands tugged into my jean’s pockets,
cold breath escaping my mouth,
making ghosts in the air.

The autumn breeze is already forecasting,
announcing that winter is arriving,
to get the fire mantles ready,
and all the firewood handy,

All the beauty of nature is gone,
and is transformed into thick thunderstorms,
frost is resting on naked trees branches,
loose pale leaves cluttered on the icy roads.

All the life from the sky had fled away,
leaving behind nothing, but darkness,
the streets and roads are feeling vacant,
desiring for someone to occupy them.

This poem means a lot to me. It describes every tiny details of changing weather from autumn to winter. I had personally experienced this last fall while walking past downtown streets.
