-Bye-
The waves hit the sand
More beautiful sound only drums make.
The sand feels so soft on my feet.
Its night and the sea and the sky
Merge into the most beautiful shade of black
eliminating the horizon.
The blue of waves makes the shore glow.
The peaceful darkness feels like a mother’s womb.
The ocean breeze refreshes my face.
I do remember her harsh words.
They prance away with tears of rain.
The ashen sky devours my worries
And the blended sea feels like a path.
I almost go, but slip and fall
A crab has bit me as I left.
I’ll try again, tomorrow.
