Goodbye, My Love
I’d no idea what to feel
for a moment I’d forgotten what feel was like
As if my mind was numb
and my heart was tired from aching
The ache didn't felt like an ache anymore
But my heart was alive
I could feel the pounding
The unsettled rhythm
as I said him goodbye
In his presence my life was complete
My heart was caged and he granted freedom
Life has a feeling when he’s in vision
Now that we’re apart
Life is meaningless
As I said my love goodbye.
