Every Autumn
One thing the leafs and I
Have in common is
We both
Seem to fall
Can't get back up
Till springtime comes
We just seem to change colors
Then we wilt away
Stepped on
Raked away
We're dead in Winter
Springtime brings us together
Summer hits and were stronger than every
Autumn arrives and we fall again
This year I wanna break the chain
Start over so when
Autumn comes around
I'm not going to fall with the leafs
I'll stand on my own feet
