Life is Never Fair
Watching from the window
The rain splattering against the thin glass
Each drop, each sound broke the silence
 As though God was crying
Was everything meant to be like this?
For a person to be in the dark his whole life
 Without being noticed or appreciated
Is it fair for people to suffer as each day goes by?
 Does everything balance out?
 But it does not
 It never does
There is no Faith, there no Hope
 There is just us
