Missing You.
I close my eyes and see you.
When I’m asleep, you’re in my dreams.
When I’m sad, you’re the tears I cry.
When I’m happy, you’re the smile on my face.
Your even the air I breath.
It shouldn’t of ended the way it did.
But hey, no one can stop death when it strikes.
Just wish I would have known sooner
That you would have been gone so quick.
I would of hugged you that much longer.
I would of cherished you that much more.
The time we spent together would have meant
That much more.
If I would have known that it was cancer
Killing you,
I would have gave my all to save you.
I’m just a girl who would give anything
To have her dad back in her life.
But I guess that’s a wish that will
Never come true.
