She'll never notice,
How your eyes follow her,
Along the hall.

And you'll never notice,
How I stop and stare,
When you pass me by.

So many eyes,
So many wants, wishes, dreams.

You want her,
I want you,
She wants someone else entirely.

And we'll all end up empty handed.
