pain is natural
though no one thinks he is friendly
we all visit him
sometime in life

pain is cruel
though we all take comfort
in his lies

pain is lonely
though he always
has wanderers
knocking on his door

pain is ruthless
though he gives us
chances to
escape

pain makes us human
though he himself
isn't

pain is paralyzed
though he is
everywhere we
go

pain is us

i wrote this because i a, going through a hard time right now and i took comfort in writing about my feelings. it might sound stupid but give me a break...im only 14!!
