My winter adventure
Crunch crunch crunch, goes my shoes on the hard sticky snow.
Cold wet snow seeps in, numbing the tips of my toes.
As I walk the cold soft wind blows against my rosy red cheeks.
Sweating inside my wool coat,
The icy fresh air feels so good blowing against my roasting body its like i'm in heaven.
Taking in a deep breath as I walk by the bakery,
I stop to smell the delicious warm home made bread.
The warm smell fills the air all around me making my stomach rumble and grumble.
The loud whistle of the deep black train makes me jump out of my socks.
I bend down to feel the soft cold snow.
It was so soft it felt like I was holding a dripping cloud as it melted in my hands.
It was so cold it made my hands turn beat red.
I stare up at the beautiful shining stars, and head home, wondering what tomorrow night will look like.
