Where's The Real You?
Ignored or professional.
Same difference to you, right?
Cause you're among your friends,
and there are some things you can't show me, right?
You act differently with them,
and you just don't want me to see, what?
Quick glances and smiles are supposed to satsfiy me, right?
Only excuse is the uniform of the crowd?
But when we're alone, it's a different story.
When we're alone, you beg me to stay.
Continue this way.
That I'm your only ray
of sunlight that broke through your day.
What did you say?
You love me here, but not over there.
I guess it'll ruin your image, right?
You don't know what to say to me,
the quiet, yet outspoken type you never bothered to see.
I look up and throw a smile your way.
