You had to go
During one of the happiest times
For me and you
I thought we were going good
Until you said you wanted to talk
I was a little nervous at first
Then you finally told me
And I was heartbroken
I still don’t know what to do
I’m sitting here shaking
Thinking of all the good times we had
Just sitting there texting all night
We had it made like 2 people on top of MT Everest
Why did you have to pick today of all days
Why did you have to say goodbye
I know it was going to be hard next year
I was willing to make it work
But I guess you weren't
Most of my friends liked you
Especially one in particular
They thought we were good together
You told me you loved me
So why did you go away?
