The smile on my face betrays my soul
And my depths of darkness request more.
It eats my heart dark as coal
Bearing witness to my evil core.
The charade played has kept me mute
Waking envy, to be alive.
The day will come when someone will shoot,
Leaving nothing to survive.
Shadows follow my every step
Bringing me down for a final breath.
My true emotions caged and kept
Leading me to my final breath.
