Describe Them?
He is baby’s skin, warm and
Soft, a silk covering over bleached bone.
He takes up the room, yet
Remains invisible, a piece of the foundation
Itself, but demanding at times.
His voice is gravel and sand
Smooth but rough, speaking
Words beautifully.
He is old but
Timeless; the look of a man
But eyes so innocent
And a smirk so mischievous
To a joke no one else got.
