With your hair laying limp
Against your cheeks
Reading Hemingway and
Drifting to sleep
I quite like you when
You can’t sit still
Readjusting your feet and
Crossing your arms
I can’t ignore
When you smile to yourself
One corner of your lip
Lifting, eyes focusing
Down
Laughing to myself
At all the things you do
That you don’t notice yourself.
